Walker Architecture & Design has three separate product houses, which we market and build through a network of Licensed Franchise Builders.

These houses are pre-designed, modular and adaptable to a diverse range of sites and locations.
They are a cost effective way of getting an architect designed house without having an individual architectural service.

Purchasers deal with the franchise builders and there is no need to have contact with Walker Architecture & Design.
Hourly rate consultations are available if required, to deal with variations to the standard plans.
