Our fee structure is highly competitive and we work on a fixed fee structure with clear and transparent undertakings after the scope of work has been defined.
For people that have not worked with an architect before, the process can be daunting. We work hard to ensure that clients are aware of all costs related to their project, including architectural services, resource and building consents, and other consultants that may be necessary to bring projects to fruition. We also provide realistic advice on timeframes related to working with local authorities and other consultants.
For projects where the scope of work cannot be defined, we offer competitive hourly rates for expert services. Please contact us if you want more information on this.
